I want you to be 100% happy with my products and warranty all craftsmanship of stitching and seams for 1 year. Any new, unused bags with tag still attached may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of product less shipping.
I provide tested, detailed instructions with each bag and do NOT warranty any products that have been overheated or not heated properly and result in damage or burn holes to your item.
Custom orders cannot be returned except under the craftsmanship warranty on seams and stitching.

Ready to ship by date is also located by each item in your cart and on the bottom of the receipt that is emailed to you.
